Of all the genres of photography, the portrait is probably the most charismatic and perhaps the most difficult to master successfully.
The driving force behind portrait photography is to really bring out the personality, to capture what is special about the person in front of my lense. To see beyond the professional or social role. To make their uniqueness, their human beingness visible.
